IMSM moves into high growth market
IMSM has opened an office in Singapore's prestigious Raffles Place, serving forward thinking businesses in this ideal springboard to Southeast Asia, which has also been designated a high growth market.
Singapore was chosen to complement IMSM's offices in other parts of the region, providing the opportunity to achieve international standards to more companies who are looking to expand. As an export led economy, businesses which can demonstrate that they are working to international standards including ISO 9001 [quality systems], ISO 14001 [environment], ISO 13485 [medical devices] and ISO 27001 [information security], will achieve a competitive advantage.
Following a recent visit, IMSM managing director Michael Bright said, "We have identified a number of specific opportunities in this market, in sectors where we already have extensive experience worldwide. These include engineering, biomedical sciences, environment, and the oil and gas sector. Singapore has been ranked number-one globally by the World Bank in its 'Ease of Doing Business' report, and my meetings during this visit have reinforced that view.
