dissatisfaction. We used a pre-built QA Document system to get the
fundamental information and then developed it from there. This took
the 'where do we start' feeling away from the whole process, which
was completed in around four months." Jared continued, "Martin,
our IMSM assessor, was friendly and had great knowledge of the standard.
His expertise made it easy to refine and correct any non-conformances
that were identified."
