Based in Farnham, Surrey, Azkoyen UK Ltd is
a trading subsidiary of Azkoyen, S.A., a multi-national group with

From listening to its customers, and reflecting

company decided to seek ISO 9001 certification. "We can now show
our customers that we are operating according to international standards,
which reinforces their trust and confidence in all the services
the company provides. Since implementing ISO 9001:2000, the company
has become more cost effective and efficient" said Anne Fisk.
Although there were initial concerns that the
ongoing running of the system would prove time consuming, they have
been able to outsource audits, not only saving time but also providing
objectivity.
The company went further in its determination
to be ahead of the market. By bringing their existing practices
in line with OHSAS 18001, they were able to demonstrate that they
were taking all measures necessary to protect their workforce. They
also hold ISO14001, showing that they have effective environmental
policies in place, and are constantly looking for ways to reduce
waste and save on energy and materials.
"We chose IMSM as they carried out the whole
process in a clear straightforward way, using our existing systems
and processes, and not making us start from the beginning. The whole
process was very smooth, and we would definitely recommend them
to other companies considering certification".
