We received our ISO 9001:2000 registration document
on 11-23-2005, the day just before our Thanksgiving Day in the USA.
It's really a most valuable GIFT to us for the THANKSGIVING. I want
to send this special message to each of you at IMSM, THANK YOU very
much for all your support & help on our ISO 9001:2000 certification.
The certification did lead SUNTRANS to a brand
new high level of business, now our quality service have been clearly
documented, our professional operation has very specific guides,
our trouble-shooting will be easily & quickly targeted.
We've done our ISO 9001:2000 internal auditing
plan for year 2006, and we'll get it well done in time for sure.
We wish to see you again during our external auditing in year 2006.
