IMSM - 'Delighted' at visit of President Bush
"I am delighted that one of the US companies we work with
has been visited by President George W Bush and acknowledged in
his official weekly radio address," explained IMSM Managing
Director, Michael Bright, today at the IMSM Headquarters in Malmesbury,
Wiltshire, Great Britain.
IMSM have been building business in America since 1995 and have
developed a network of representatives with extensive operating
standards experience, applied to manufacturers, both large and small.
"With a clear focus on ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 our consultancy
business has grown and we have found that this experience is welcomed,
and equally applicable, for producers and manufacturers, both large
and small, located around the world," continued Bright.
President Bush visited Michael Gendich, founder of the Metalmite
Corporation, based in Rochester, Michigan. They discussed economic
growth, investment, tax relief and efficient operation (based on
internationally recognised standards applied to Metalmite with the
assistance of IMSM).
Michael Gendich was able to show The President his Quality Assurance
certification on his website, awarded to the company in May this
year. "We are all very proud about this at Metalmite. I am
not saying that the President visited because of our QA based approach,
but it sure does help to show that we are running an efficient and
well-thought-out operation here," Gendich commented.
President Bush later mentioned the meeting in his weekly radio
address to the nation and talked about how workers and entrepreneurs,
like those at Metalmite, are creating economic growth.
