The company has expanded over recent years, and it became evident that a more formalised approach was required towards control of both quality and our documented records.
Also, it was hoped that certification would give clients assurance that the business operates under a quality management system, enabling it to compete with larger companies which operate such systems as a matter of course.
A number of valuable internal improvements have been identified as a result of implementing ISO 9001. Any problems / complaints from clients are now logged in a structured manner, investigated, addressed and resolved.
